FeelHey is committed to maximizing your experience on its website and app within a trusted environment. This privacy policy explains how we collect, protect, use and share information gathered from and about you online. We hope this disclosure will help increase your confidence in FeelHey. This privacy policy does not apply to information that you may submit to us offline, or to websites maintained by other companies or organizations to which we may link.
Type of information collected and use of information collected
In the event you subscribe and make use of any service provided via the website (either in connection with any other website and/or app or not), we shall collect and store personal information as provided by you, such as address, e-mail address, zip code, country, username, password and IP address.
In the event you make use of any part of the website for which a fee is payable to FeelHey, FeelHey shall collect and store personal information necessary to be able to bill the fees payable. We do not store payment information. We do store our shipping address to fulfil your order.
In the event you make use of the HEY app, we store your full name (first and last name), email address and password, for you to be able to log-in to the app and receive touches.
Other information on the use of the app, location, images etc is not stored (only on your own phone, but not in our database).
Usage information
When you access or use our services, we receive certain usage data. This includes information about interactions with the Services, for example when you create your account or pair your Hey Bracelet.
We also collect data about the devices and computers you use to access the Services, including IP addresses, browser type, language, operating system, Hey Bracelet or mobile device information (device and application identifiers), the referring web page, pages visited, location (depending on permissions you granted) and cookie information.
