HOUSE OF HAPTICS Returns

For your protection, we suggest all returns should be sent via a traceable carrier.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days after purchase without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the item(s). To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by sending an e-mail to returns@heybracelet.com. From that moment on, you have another 14 days to return the item(s) to HOUSE OF HAPTICS. When we have received the item(s), the full amount, excl. shipping costs that were made by you for returning the item(s) to us, will be reimbursed.

Defective or incorrect item(s):

If you opened the item but it is defective or if it is not the item you purchased, please contact us so we can resolve the issue for you. To help us identify the problem, we ask that you send us pictures or a video. Once the pictures or video verify it is a defect or an incorrect item, we will send a replacement at our expense.

Product refund:

If you would like a refund on an item(s), please contact us to arrange a return. We do not cover the shipping costs for returning an order to us. After we receive your return and inspect the returned merchandise, we will reimburse you for the purchase price of the item if the item is in the original state and clearly unused.

We require 14 business days from the time we received your item to process your return.

Remember that we will not issue a partial product value refund on package deals; they must be returned all together!
